REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

19. The deadline for registration is:

• 9th October 2010 to participate at the ELIMINATORY ROUND in STUTTGART

• 24th October 2010 to participate at the ELIMINATORY ROUND in ROME

N.B. In both cases the postmark will be considered proof of posting.

20. The competitors will have to send the registration form printed on the leaflet and published on the official website of the international Competition (www.concorsomusicasacra.com) filled in each of its parts and signed on every page and sent to the following address:

The following documents must also be enclosed:
a) Repertoire and curriculum vitae stating musical education and experience;
b) A copy of the sheet music of each aria to be presented*;
c) Photocopy of a valid identity document (or passport for non-European competitors);
d) two pictures: one passport size (close-up) and one full shot;
e) Photocopy of the proof of payment of the registration fee;
f) An eventual copy of a diploma of 1st, 2nd or 3rd award in an international singing competition in order to be directly admitted to the semi-final.
** in case of an orchestral score, please make sure that there is the part of the Basso Continuo and/or Harpsicord written in extended mode.

REGISTRATION FEE

- In case of registration not later than 18th September 2010 (date as postmark): € 80,00 SAVE 20%
- In case of registration not later than 9th October 2010 (date as postmark): € 90,00 SAVE 10%
- In case of registration not later than 24th October 2010 (date as postmark): € 100,00
The Competition registration fee must be paid by bank wire transfer into the following current account

• The registration will be considered officially successfully concluded only after the receipt of the fee due and of all the documents and materials requested.
• Please remember to indicate where you'll do the Eliminatory round and if you have your own pianist.
• To qualify for discounted membership fees the application for registration, completed with all the required attachments must be submitted before the same deadline. The completion of the required documentation after the deadlines will entail the integration of the fees due as under exemplified to the extent missing, under penalty of exclusion (eg registration within 18th of September 2010 € 80, completion of documentation before 9th of October 2010: extent still due € 10, completion of documentation before 24th of October: extent still due € 20).
